Return Process

  Log in to your IT Care account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location for secure transport to our inspection facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the device within 3-5 business days of arrival, after which your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
